be aware that following the creation of the State of Jharkhand, the Cardiological
Sociecy of India , Jharkhand Chapter, after the necessary approval of the
national CSI, has come into existence and was inaugurated on 29th September,2002
by the Hon'ble Chief Justice of Jharkhand Hight Court, Mr Justice
V.K.Gupta.
Cardiological Society of India and its different State
Chapters are the sole representatives of the Cardiologist and Physicians mainly
involved in the practice of Cardiology all over the Country. like the
Cardiological Society of India, our Chapter has also to play an important role
towards increasing not only the public awareness but also awareness of the
practicing physicians of Jharkhand towards all the preventive measures to
contain the fast growing incidence of cardiac diseases mainly Coronary
heart disease, Hypertension & Rheumatic heart disease through the help of
media as well as by organising meetings and holding seminars at different
places.
However, we are fully aware that without the active participation of
all the practicing physicians of our state we can not achieve our goal.
